Lynchburg Daily Bread only exists through the generosity of individuals, businesses and local churches. Less than 5% of our funding is grant-based, and we deeply appreciate our regular donors, including some former guests who faithfully mail in $10-25 each month.
Cash donations are our greatest need.
You can donate via paypal here:

Amazon shoppers can use smile.amazon.com and we get a small percentage back in every sale – it is the same site and pricing as amazon.com, but with the charitable gift from Amazon. We also have an Amazon wish list at: http://a.co/1BY3NNC Please note that Amazon protects donor information, so they do not tell us who sent a gift!
We also have an account set-up with Davenport & Company to receive gifts of stock (www.davenportllc.com).
If you have leftovers from an event or function, please consider bringing them to the Daily Bread between our hours of 6:30a-12:30p.
Daily Bread is able to keep costs extremely low as the majority of our food is donated. Our kitchen and dining area is powered by volunteers, where 10-12 volunteers each day prepare, cook and serve the daily meal. Click here to learn more about volunteering. If you have leftovers from an event or function, please consider bringing them to the Daily Bread between our hours of 6:30am-12:30pm.
